"Fancy" is one grade higher in the quality of the bean than the Pure Kona Bean. You will notice it as an overall smoother flavor.
 
This roast is French also known as Expresso. Made popular by the french for the use in lattes and cappuchinos. Its roasted longer and at a higher temperature.
 
 
Grown at 3000 ft elev. on the slopes of Hualalai Mountain.
 Dark, Medium -"City" and custom roasts are also avaliable.
