Peaberry is the top of the line bean. Most coffee cherry has two beans per fruit but the rare and prised peaberry has only one bean per fruit. With only one bean the nutriants and strength are not divieded between two beans allowing for a much smoother, richer and stronger bean.
This roast is medium also known as City. It is the darkest of the medium roast and one of the most popular for its strength and flavor. The darker the roast the more the flavor devlops and the wearker the caffine levels become.
Grown at 3000 ft elev. on the slopes of Hualalai Mountain.
