Aloha Legacy 100 % Kona Peaberry Coffee - High Elevation Estate Coffee
Peaberry is the top of the line bean. Most coffee cherry has two beans per fruit but the rare and prised peaberry has only one bean per fruit. With only one bean the nutriants and strength are not divieded between two beans allowing for a much smoother, richer and stronger bean.
This roast is French also known as Expresso. Made popular by the french for the use in lattes and cappuchinos. Its roasted longer and at a higher temperature.
Grown at 3000 ft elev. on the slopes of Hualalai Mountain.
Dark, Medium -"City" and custom roasts are also avaliable.
