Aloha Legacy 100 % Kona Peaberry Coffee - High Elevation Estate Coffee
Peaberry is the top of the line bean. Most coffee cherry has two beans per fruit but the rare and prised peaberry has only one bean per fruit. With only one bean the nutriants and strength are not divieded between two beans allowing for a much smoother, richer and stronger bean.
Dark Roast is richer in flavor but lower in caffine content . The darker the roast the more the flavor devlops and the wearker the caffine levels become.
Grown at 3000 ft elev. on the slopes of Hualalai Mountain.
Medium, French and custom roasts are also avaliable.
